I have not been following Hulk's chronology, but another conumdrum which IMO makes no sense is Steve Rogers' age. Eight months later Rogers is still aged, so we have to either shoehorn all unaged Rogers appearences before Captain America 21, or somehow believe Rogers was deaged and aged again during...

In Avengers #27 Alternate Thor lost Alternate Mjolnir, which could be wielded by an unworthy person. Thor-616 took that hammer and is now using it.

Present day Thor does appears with a hammer and armor in that story arc.
However there is no mention to the hammer being Mjolnir and, for all Thor uses it for, it could actually be a fake hammer,

Yes, there still needs to be a gap between the formation of the Mighty Avengers and the Ultron battle, but that still doesn't help us with the latest NA@ 2 mess-up.
