I found a major error in Index 2. In Amazing Spider-Man 72, May Parker is listed as chr next in Doctor Octopus: Negative Exposure 4 and then in ASM 76, but May is in Florida from 72-81 so she can't be in the Doc Ock mini. Hulk chronology

I recently read Essential Hulk Vol. 5, and they have Hulk Annual #5 between issues 198 and 199 (which is where it is placed here on the MCP). But that placement doesn't read well because at the end of 198, Hulk is in Florida and then in the Annual he is in Colorado, and then at the beginning of 199 ...

According to the OFFICIAL Handbook of the Marvel Universe, X-Men First Class is continuity. Is their word not official enough to declare something as canon?
