Re: New Marvels on May 20

A quiet week for me, just two...

AGENTS OF ATLAS #5
HULK #12

Unless there's a Doc Strange appearance in one of the other titles I'm unaware of.

Works for me! Get three of the big guns out there.

I suspect it'll be a long time until they get to Doctor Strange, but I can wait! :)

Re: Official Index to the Marvel Universe #1 Errata / Spider-Man

How did they decide which titles to do?. When/what should they do next? I've no idea which titles will be done next, but I wonder if Captain America could be one, as they've already indexed the Tales Of Suspense stories. Maybe it'll depend on if there's a major movie coming out when it comes to cho...

Re: End of the Golden Age

My end point for Marvel's Silver Age is October 1971, the month before the price rise from 15 cents to 20 cents (via a brief jump to 25 cents). The price rise coincided with the tenth anniversary of the Fantastic Four and the major change in the design of the cover layout.

Marianne Rodgers in Amazing Adventures # 12

The current listing for Marianne Rodgers places her appearance in Amazing Adventures (2nd series) # 12 as occuring between Iron Man # 46 and 47. RODGERS, MARIANNE IM 46 AA2 12 IM 47 Should that not be moved to between IM 48 and 49, as per Iron Man's own chronology? IRON MAN IM 48 T 204 H2 153 A 101 ...

Re: European/Other Countries Marvel Comics

Star Wars Weekly doctored the Watcher into some pre-FF#1 reprints as a narrator. The Doctor Who weekly did something similar, utilising The Doctor as the narrator. And the British Planet Of The Apes title reworked some Killraven/War Of The Worlds strips as Apeslayer. http://bronzeageofblogs.blogspo...

Which came first? FF@ 3 or ASM@ 2

I'm a bit confused by the order of Amazing Spider-Man Annual # 2 and Fantastic Four Annual # 3. Acording to Spider-Man's chronology he appears in FF@ 3 before ASM@ 2, but Doctor Strange's listing has ASM@ 2 first. Am I missing something, or is this an error in the MCP? SPIDER-MAN ASM 27 FF@ 3 M/H&am...

Re: Minor Peter Parker appearance in Daredevil # 43

Ah, there he is. It sure looks like Pete. He even has a line of dialog. Funny, though, this appearance is not mentioned in any of the Indexes. This means that either it's an oversight or it's not him. If it is Peter, he's here between ASM@ 5 and ASM 63, in early September of his sophomore year at E...

Page 18, panel 3. He's the photographer taking a picture of the DD/Cap fight. Not refered to by name, but certainly looks like him.

Minor Peter Parker appearance in Daredevil # 43

Daredevil # 43 (August 1968) has a brief (one panel appearance) by Peter Parker, which doesn't appear to be included in his MCP listing.
I'm not sure where it would appear in Spider-man's listing. My guess would be about ASM 59-60.
Any ideas?

Re: About The New Official Index

Wasn't there some issues of the X-Men Unlimited (I think, v2) series that contained stories of the original X-Men. One with Jean handing out the new uniforms and one where Cyclops takes the newly transformed Beast to visit his parents. Keep up the good work guys. *I just looked it up X-Men Unlimite...
