Re: Range of Influence of Marvel Time

So far, the only "official" explanation I've read is that Galador "apparently exists under a different rate of time than Earth." This is an idea that just makes me cringe inside. And if ANNIHILATORS does reference SPACEKNIGHTS, then not only will the poor continuity of the earlier miniseries be for...

Re: Range of Influence of Marvel Time

If only Earth or near Earth was subject to the sliding timescale, then the Skrulls would not have encountered the First Line post-1980 when they tried to invade.

Re: Misty Knight and Colleen Wing in DHKF 32

This reminds me - there's a Misty Knight appearance (of sorts) missing from the early part of the chronology, though I'm not sure exactly where it fits off the top of my head. Marvels 10th Anniversary Edition had an issue epilogue text sequence following Gwen Stacy's demise and Green Goblin's impale...

Re: Thor: Blood Oath

Can anybody recommend an insertion point for the Thor: Blood Oath miniseries? Since Absorbing Man appears in it, it has to be at least after JIM 114 and the latest point can be no later than JIM 124, since Index #2 indicates that Hercules' appearance in Blood Oath precedes his appearance in JIM 124...

Re: Balder's early history

It's got to be at least long enough for him to have healed from his battle, and he didn't really have any battles to need surgery between being resurrected and Latveria - so we go back to Asgard. Has to be before Ragnarok - while he might have needed surgery during that, he'd have had no time to he...

Sorry, no - the very brief blurb on Comics.org sounds like it might be a bio-comic covering the whole Crusades or even his entire history, but I wouldn't want to bank on that without having read the actual issue.

Paul Bourcier wrote:Cool. So those Black Knight Comics issues (#2-#5) will have to go either before or after M/CP 73/3-FB, yes?
Yes. I'd suggest before, since the Crusader story in #1 was set just as Richard's forces were reaching Palestine, and the MCP story is some time into the campaign.

Re: King Richard the Lion-Hearted

Thanks, Loki. More research indicates that those BLACK KNIGHT COMICS published by Atlas in the '50s were about Sir Percy and were set in the 6th century, so Richard cannot appear there. The Black Knight Comics' first and last stories were about Sir Percy. However, the middle story was about el Alem...

This might help

Add Marvel Fanfare #53-54, and see the notes.

The first Crusader story in Black Knight #1 was set around the time Richard's men first arrived in Palestine, so that might suggest they precede the bulk of the Fanfare story.
