Re: Spider-Man:Parallel Lives

Here was the statement regarding the FB question- This graphic novel is the story keeps jumping forward in time, it is necessary to partition each individual time period into it's own section. What I came up with is 21 different sections in which this graphic novel unfolds. Considering that both Pe...

Re: Body-only appearances

Okay. It just seemed a tad strange that if (e.g.) Prof X remote-controlled Cassandra Nova and thus "her" words and actions were actually his using her body, it's an OP; No... It might be a VO, but that's another discussion. OP is literally there, but off-panel. Let's say that the Human Torch is in ...

Re: Body-only appearances

Generally speaking, if a character's body appears, it's an actual appearance, regardless of where their consciousness is (see, for instance, the cases of comas, or corpses). If a character A's mind is controlling character B's body, then character A receives a behind-the-scenes appearance, and char...

Re: Annihilation: Conquest - other stuff

Standard disclaimer ("I haven't read the book") applies. I have draft MCP-style listings for everyone, but there's a few points I'd like to settle before I post it. 1) The Ultron/Adam Warlock switcheroonie. If someone could answer my question on how to format that (see Body-only appearances in MU), ...

Re: Body-only appearances

Generally speaking, if only a character's body appears it's a BTS. If a character appears disguised it's a full appearance. As I understand what we're talking about here, it's actually the opposite. See below. Xavier is listed as BTS for the issues his body has a chronology for. Nova is listed as B...

If you're looking for your suggestions to ever actually make it into the listings, then yes, you want to start a new topic.

Re: Spider-Man in What If? 7

I don't have the book in front me, but my assumption would be that (a) it's the real Spider-Man, as opposed to some alternate-timeline version, and that (b) he makes an actual appearance. If one of those assumptions is false, then the listing should be removed.

Is it really Spider-Man, or Daredevil? Do they actually appear?

The questions are rhetorical.

Welcome aboard, Dale! Looks like you were one of our first members. I think you'll find the posting gets easier, the more you do it. So if my math is right, you would have signed up for Marvel about the time of Amazing Spider-Man #100?

Re: Incredible Hulk movie

In addition to the SHIELD and Tony Stark tie ins, they also talked about the Super Solder experiment during WWII. I think Marvel's on to something here by lacing all their movies with foreshadowing of events to come. It keeps this old fan boy eager for what's next. BTW - what do we think happend to...
