Re: Black Cat in PPTSS 130? Where?

I just had a look. And I couldn't find her either. Not even a mention.

Re: Hulk in A 332-333?

On p9 of the story (p13 of the issue), in the first panel (the one with Stan Lee and Ronald Reagan), right behind the Scarlet Witch, there is the outline of someone who could be the Hulk.

Re: Mephisto Vs. Continuity

The essential point is that since Jean had to be returned to Earth before X-Factor 13, and Thor 379 takes place concurrently with X-Factor 17, Rogue has to have been Mephisto's prisoner for several days after Jean was returned to Earth. Of course, it's possible that time passed more quickly in Meph...

Re: Mephisto Vs. Continuity

Thanks! Does anyone reference Four Freedoms Plaza by name in this mini? And am I right that there's a gap of time in issue 4? No, nobody references FF Plaza by name. I don't see much of a gap in issue 4, there could be a break between page 3 and 4, just after Rogue is the only X-Man held by Mephist...

Re: Questions about Marvel Saga

Hard to pin down exactly. The main retelling stops after the FF first encounter Galactus, and then there is a brief 3 page summary of events up to the death of Dark Phoenix and the Celestials judgment from approx. #300 of Thor. So it has to be after that point of time. I would say he should have an ...

Re: Questions about Marvel Saga

There are 25 issues (I have all 25).
And it is the Watcher who is the narrator, of course. He appears on the very last page.

Re: Flashback in Captain America #170

He is called Lloyd Bloch in Captain America 379. The Official Handbook from 1983 and the Deluxe Edition from 1985 both refer to him as Byron Becton. I can't find any references to a real name in the old Captain America issues during the Secret Empire storyline, and I don't have Incredible Hulk #229 ...

Re: Human Cannonball in T 173?

He is in the first panel on pages 6, he even has two lines of dialogue.
"Who is that nut?" and "Where'd he come from?"

But that is the only place I can find him.

Re: Does anyone own a complete run of "X-Men Classic"?

I need to know who the reprint editors for #45-110 were, for the Index. ComicbookDB and the Unofficial Handbook of Marvel Comics Creators are no help, so I guess I'll have to check the original issues. Does anybody have 'em, that can help me out? -Jeph! I do happen to have a complete set, so here g...

There is also Amazing Spider-Man 415, though that is Ben Reiley in his slightly different costume.
And the Sentinels in FF:TWGCM #3 were colored green for some reason

Re: Manslaughter Marsdale

It can easily fit just before Amazing 309. Spidey seems to be just a little closer to the front of Marsdale in the flashback, and in Amazing 309 he ends up behind Marsdale on page 2, so it seems best to place it before 309 page 1 based on movement.

I don't know why I wrote 307 earlier, it is 309.
