In Thor's chronology, Thor's appearance in T 405 takes place before A 301. In the FF's chronologies, T 405 takes place after A 303. The FF's chronologies are correct. Basically, the various heroes are all watching a broadcast of a speech by Namor. I suppose that if we wanted to we could say that some of them weren't watching it live, but that's clearly not the implication in the issue.

I just realized- there's also an inconsistency in the placement of SUB-M2 3 between Dr.Strange's and the FF's chronologies. In the FF's chronologies, SUB-M2 3 is placed prior to FF 274. Currently, we have Gargoyle's appearance in M/FAN 20 placed before DEF 142 and Valkyrie's appearance in M/FAN 20 placed after DEF 147. Clearly, this is a contradiction. Does anyone have any idea if Gargoyle's chronology or Valkyrie's chronology is correct?

I just looked over Spider-Man's and Doctor Strange's chronologies- they're also inconsistent in the placement of SUB-M2 3. Peter's chronology has SUB-M2 3 before UX 190-191 while Strange's has SUB-M2 3 after UX 190-191.
