In CE 1 and IH 439, Omnibus appears and plots against the Hulk. In IH 436-442. Omnibus is possessed by the spirit of the Leader, whose body died in IH 400 and appears to Omnibus in reflections. Shouldn't the Leader get a BTS in these issues? Omnibus even is drawn as the Leader in one panel of IH 439.

Note that Animax, Fatale and Reaper appear as Orchis's prisoners in Uncanny Spider-Man 3. Since they were staying in the Limbo Embassy in Dark X-Men 1, Uncanny Spider-Man 3 has to take place after Dark X-Men 1.
