Re: Alternate Universe Checklist questions
That's one of my questions. At what point does it diverge? And was that the actual New Universe? I'm sure the intention in Worlds Tour was for all of those visits to be to the actual alternate realities... but it's been a while since I've read any of the 2099 books and I've never read any New Unive...

Alternate Universe Checklist questions
First of all, thanks to Col_Fury and anyone else who was involved in putting together the alternate universe checklist! Alternate universe chronologies have become something of a hobby of mine, so I'm thrilled to see steps toward getting these books into the project. I noticed that a number of books...

Re: how can we help the marvel chronology project?
This is a list of the analyses that have been sent to the Forum Archives. Thanks, Russ! tobyoryamcha- A quick search of the issue analysis forum shows that the following books have already been analyzed: ALIAS #9 http://www.chronologyproject.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=3766&p=23870 MARVE...

Re: how can we help the marvel chronology project?
i there a list of the books that have been analyzed, but have yet to be added to the project database? I've been thinking about this same issue. The monthly call thread in the issue analysis forum is great start, but it's geared toward Paul B's calendar rather than the entire MCP. This leaves a few...

Re: how can we help the marvel chronology project?
I think this is just a misunderstanding about the purpose of the Checklist. the titles and issues listed on the MCP checklist are not a call for analysis (as we won't be updating the list to reflect volunteers). The Checklist is just a master list of all the books that belong in the MCP that haven't...

Re: Heavy (The Order #9)
Although they didn't come right out and say it, my understanding is that Heavy was present at the fateful attack where Tony Stark was bombed with shrapnel and taken captive by the enemy, thus leading to the origin of Iron Man. This means that Dennis Murray should technically be listed as present, o...

Questions about page counts
I have some questions about the official MCP policies regarding page counts. I know I've seen some of these questions answered before, but it would be nice to have it all in one place. Here's my understanding of how it works, along with some questions: 1) Recap pages generally DON'T count. 2) Recap ...

Doom 2099 #25, 40-43
Doom 2099 #25 and Doom 2099 #40-43 are time travel stories with appearances by several 616 characters. They should be added to the checklist. See here for details: http://chronologyproject.com/phpbb2/vie ... f=9&t=3361

SMF 1 placement
I had originally placed Spider Man Family #1 between Spider-Girl 90 & 91 based primarily on publication date. There are no obvious placement clues in the story. However, a poster on another board suggested that this placement doesn't work due to May's hairstyle: http://comicboards.com/php/show.p...

Amazing Spider-Man Magazine #1
Amazing Spider-Man Magazine #1 (2007) is composed of reprint material with the exception of one original Spider-Girl story. The cover and table of contents refer to this book as Spider-Man Magazine, but the indicia lists it as Amazing Spider-Man Magazine. The book isn't numbered, but apparently this...

Re: Justice or J2?
In my MC-2 chronologies (available in archive 77) I used the code JTWO, since J2 was already taken. I don't particularly care which code ultimately gets used, but it does seem a little clearer to me in most cases to reserve numerical digits for volume numbers.
