Re: Mystic Comics #5-10

Isn't it "Stanley Dee" of "Crimely Comics", rather than Stan Lee of Timely, in that last story?

Re: Top Ten #8

Thanks, but I was asking, "Which handbook?" I found an entry for the Captain Britain Corps in the Alternate Universe book, but didn't see any reference to this story. It was in the hardcovers, issue 2 or 3 (can't recall which one the Corps entry fell into). Like many entries in the hardco...

TOP TEN #8 (Jun 2000) NOTE: This appearance has been explicitly referenced in the Captain Britain Corps handbook entry, Where was this? Corps entry, second page, second column, end of the third paragraph. "The two bailiffs at Saturnyne’s trial were Captain Albion of Earth-523, where England is...

Re: Top Ten #8

The same panel that shows Captain England and Captain Albion also shows Rogue, Wild Child and Sabretooth from the Age of Apocalypse, and Nightmare hanging out with DC's Dream of the Endless. Plus what looks like Howard the Duck, falling from the sky. Plus others from DC and the like, not relevent to...

Wasp (Nadia Pym)
As was mentioned in this thread
http://www.chronologyproject.com/phpbb2 ... =2&t=12754
and confirmed in the issue you're reviewing, she's never been Nadia Pym, just Nadia, until the point where she takes the Van Dyne surname.

NOTE: There’s a mention of a “Greek woman” named “Electra” who “avenges her loved ones.” A reference to Elektra Natchios? A reference to the mythological Electra, after whom Elektra Natchios is named. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electra CAPTAIN AMERICA #401 (Jun 1992) By Mark Gruenwald APPEARANCE...

Re: Billy Ray Cyrus (1995)

Interesting. I didn't realize that. I wonder, if one was knighted back in the middle ages, did that make you an English citizen? And if so, would the contemporary 616 UK government still recognize that citizenship? Doubt it on both fronts. On the first, I'd imagine you'd be expected to swear allegi...

Re: Billy Ray Cyrus (1995)

NOTE: Billy Ray is knighted by Edward I, so that means he should always be referred to as Sir Billy Ray Cyrus in 616. Nope. As he's a citizen of a country that doesn't have the British monarch as its head of state, he's not entitled to use the honorific "Sir." Not sure when that rule came...

Black Jack Cole = Kibuka

Currently Black Jack Cole, father of Black Panther/White Tiger/Kasper Cole, is listed separately from Kibuka, head of the 66 Bridges gang. However, Black Jack is Kibuka.

Rawhide Kid - the Sensational Seven

I did an entry a little while back for Appendix covering the Ghost Rider of Tombstone who was introduced in Rawhide Kid: The Sensational Seven, and one of the things I tried to figure out was when the events could have taken place. In this thread , it is noted that: "Due to the presence of Bill...

Wasp (Nadia)'s surname

Belatedly: I would propose that Nadia should not have the surname Pym appended to her, at least not at the moment. While it might seem the obvious surname, given she's Hank's daughter, childen don't always inherit their father's surname, and pointedly, in this issue, Nadia tells the immigration offi...

Yes, true, so if you are going with when they were active vs when they debuted in the real world, then the numbers are the way you stated. This is, btw, another example of why a numbering system sucks. One retcon character inserted prior to existing ones, and all the existing numbers go out the win...

Re: Rufus T. Hackstabber

Wasn't the First Line foe Typhoon active in the '60s, and this Typhoon in the modern era? If so, Kwan Tai Fung would be Typhoon II. Yes, true, so if you are going with when they were active vs when they debuted in the real world, then the numbers are the way you stated. This is, btw, another exampl...
