Re: Iron Man 2020

"Iron Man 2020 mentions that he always wanted to see if he could wipe the floor with his ancestor."

Actually, as I recall, Arno is not actually a descendant of Tony Stark, but it seems the son of his cousin, Morgan.

Re: Iron Man 2020

"West Coast Avengers #61(1990) involves Immortus pulling people from varius points in time. Iron Man 2020 mentions that he always wanted to see if he could wipe the floor with his ancestor, and then proceeds to try. Probably after ASM @20 and before Machine Man v2 #2, when Arno still felt the n...

Age suppression methods

Have Diablo or Tyrannus made others privy to their age suppression methods?

Re: First appearance of Valhalla?

Thor's Avengers 2004 Handbook Entry, the Council of God-Heads entry in A-Z, and a few other shed a little light on the
murky pre-history of the Asgardians.

Re: First appearance of Valhalla?

The JIM 47 story was of course a "pre-hero" Atlas story in which a con man gets more than he bargained for. http://www.immortalthor.net/journeyintomystery91-100.html JIM#97/2 might have been the first appearance of Valhalla in the Silver Age (post-FF#1). The Valkyries debuted in JIM I#91. ...

Re: Orson Randall and the Green Mist of Death

"Yes, this Frankenstein Monster (called "Frank" by Doc) is shown wearing a fur vest. Whether or not it's a bear pelt isn't mentioned." I guess this apparently new Frankenstein Monster was created as an intentional duplicate of the original Frankenstein Monster. If so, perhaps the...

Re: Iron Man movie; heads up!(no spoilers)

I enjoyed most aspects of the film, but I do see one probable misstep that may have prevented a promising story idea for a sequel. Tony Stark admits to being Iron Man at the end of the film. I can imagine that may have jettisoned the conceit of Tony Stark pretending that Iron Man's true identity is ...

Re: Orson Randall and the Green Mist of Death

http://en.marveldatabase.com/Frankenstein_6 There was also a Jason Frankenstein, whose place in the family tree was missed in Doctor Strange III#37's retelling of the Frankenstein family history. Silver Surfer I#7 refers to a Henry Frankenstein, but that probably represents Peggy Webling's influence...

http://www.comicboards.com/fantasticfour/attachments/040310012849/FF36Dracula.jpg Here is a scan from the FF issue. The figure is inked in red, wears a cape and has fangs, all of which applies to Mephisto. It is hard to tell if he has Mephisto's usual "hockey hair" but the shadows obscure ...

Re: Orson Randall and the Green Mist of Death

Roy Thomas has noted that he intentionally homaged Amazing Man in fashioning Iron Fist.

Other than that:
Did the monster in this story wear a bear pelt vest? The original FM wears a bear pelt.
