My guess would be that because X:FC is still being published, they chose to leave it out for the moment until they could properly catalogue it.

Wasn't Frog-Man recently killed in PWJ2 15? Was this before or after these events?

In the Solar System Glossary of the new OHOTMU Hardcover #6, they mentioned a Counter-Earth explored by amateur astronauts in 1951, unrelated to the Counter-Earths created by the High Evolutionary or Franklin Richards. Does anyone have any information on this?
