Re: Thor: The Truth of History

Since this was 4000 years ago, LESS THAN Four Thousand Years Ago. (And I had to write it off from being anywhere near 4k years ago for the Asgardians for the reasons I explained above). And... I wonder if it was actually a prior incarnation of Thor and the Asgardians. In T 293-294 and 301, it was r...

Buri, Tiwaz/Buri

Buri appears to be a ghost listing, duplicating one appearance of Tiwaz/Buri.

Personally, I would say Tiwaz should be a "See Buri", and the Buri entry should be BURI/TIWAZ rather than the other way around. Whichever you choose though, one should redirect to the other.

And finally (for now), the preview for GSX:FC - http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page ... disp=table

It all appears to be linked by the first-page framing sequence, so all bar the reprint get bunched together.

Re: Wolverine: Origins 26-28

Just to follow up on an earlier point - Secret Invasion has been locked down with this week's Cap issue as explicitly between Cap v5 #42 and #43, with "over a month" between issues. (Although, as with post-HoM and post-CW books that made the jump early, there's no indication of anything di...

Re: Overhauling GSX & CX

I feel like I did a buttload of work on this very same topic about 4 years ago. Did anything ever come of that? Archive 52, thread 51 would be what you mean (Jason Doty also takes a crack at interweaving GSX, UX and CX more generally in thread 33 of the same archive). There's certainly a greater de...

Re: Uncanny Origins!

There's a brief debate on Uncanny Origins' canoncity in Archive 47, which also includes analyses of UO 3, 6, 8 & 9 by DHall, and 12 by SeanCurtin. DHall also posts notes about UO 1, but thinks its' non-canon (and Paul O agreed in Archive 50). [Jeph argued for it to be "issue-by-issue" ...

Re: Punisher MAX 56-60

But if bunching nearly forty issues of PUN7 together in a character chronology is feasible, would folks go along with that approach, publication order be hanged? Certainly (although, since I'm the guy that proposed that in the first place, that may be slightly obvious :)). When it's feasible and th...

Mighty Avengers #19 vs. SI:Who Do You Trust?/4

The whole sequence in question from MA 19 can be seen here: http://www.comicbookresources.com/?page=preview&id=1190&disp=table Does this seem, uh, completely irreconcilable with SI:WDYT/4 (the Zeb Wells story which ALSO shows Noh-Varr's control over the Cube being broken by the skrull virus,...

Return of the Cybercomics

Apparently Marvel's now going to be doing online-exclusive comics, set in the MU, on a regular basis: http://www.newsarama.com/comics/100816-Marvelnewtitles.html Of these, the only one I'm interested in is Fin Fang Four (okay, I *need* FF4, but not enough to pay for a whole subscription - especially...
