Hey, robfj. My notes for this issue included three unidentified members of the Order, so thanks for looking them up! You are correct; their appearances would be between ORDER2 2 and 3, but they all also appeared in TB 116 during this gap. This appearance is not reflected in the MCP entry for TB 116....

Can we interpret the panel showing Beast, Angel, and Gamora as an actual appearance? Carol's thinking about them, and we the readers, see them elsewhere at that moment?
