Wolverine has a newspaper that reports the death of the girl, the paper is dated December 23. It’s safe to assume the FlashBack occurs on the day before, placing it on December 22. I remember in OMD, when Peter and MJ made the deal, Mephisto said that they would not remember their previous life together, but a little part of their souls would and scream in frustration, and thats exactly what Mephisto wanted.

For the purposes of the MCP, for the series The 'NAM, would it be considered Earth-616? I have both heard that it was canon and non-canon. The Punisher appeared in the series however, and the character of Ice Philips appeared in the MU.
