Re: Indestructible Hulk 13
Soooo...after Thunderbolts 169? Assuming all three are restored to life when time is fixed, as Tristam was the first to die normally (between the Grail Quest and Lancelot's betrayal), anytime before Lancelot's betrayal would work, so anytime before before Spider-Woman #41-FB, But it could easily be...

Re: Indestructible Hulk 13
The Arthurian story in the MU tends to follow the story from Malory's Mort D'Arthur. Gawain, Kay and Tristan were slain, but was this one of those tales where history gets messed up but then everything is put right at the end? Because in the next issue, Hulk interferes with the Apollo moon landing, ...

Found most of the info in the Marvel Appendix Master List. http://www.marvunapp.com/master/mastguid.htm Also, the group was called the Organizers, per Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe A To Z #7, under Miss America. 1/ Flaming Hate - Marvel Mystery Comics #53 https://marvel.fandom.com/wiki/Fl...

Re: Villains in Marvel Knights Spider-Man #9
Great call SL. #7 definitely looks like Isbisa.
#2 is probably the Orchid, with the hooded mask, cape, and gas tank. He is an obscure villain who once fought the obscure Blackstone the Magician.

Villains in Marvel Knights Spider-Man #9
http://www.imagebam.com/image/2988c21353744029 I am uncertain if this has been determined before or not. In Marvel Knights Spider-Man #9, page 15, there were several Golden Age villains in shadow. This was around 1945, the characters were likely wealthy, and probably C-list villains. Can we identify...

Re: Marvel 75th Anniversary Celebration
I did not know that novel but in Age of Heroes 4/2, in a story set in Fairbanks, Alaska, the narrator, named Auckaneck, who is a great-grandfather to a teen or preteen girl, says he found Cap in ice when he was a boy. The story is contemporary with comics of the time. Later while still a young man,...

Re: Marvel 75th Anniversary Celebration
If it helps, Wolverine actually has two acknowledged birthdays. There is the one he believed he has that Sabretooth stalks him on. Then there is his true birthdate, discovered by Melita Garner, in Wolverine Vol 4 #5.1, 2011.

Re: Marvel 75th Anniversary Celebration
If Eskimos find the frozen Cap so shortly before he's found by the Avengers, their cult was rather short-term, contradicting another story of an Eskimo I read somewhere but cannot place at the moment. You may be thinking of the novel Avengers: The Man Who Stole Tomorrow. Aningan Kenojuak was confir...

Timeline for Ant-Man, Wasp and Stature. Hank Pym was a child genius, started inventing "by age three," encouraged by his grandmother Angela Pym, building more complex devices by "five," but Angela died when he was "seven," followed by "a fifteen-year" (AGE OF ...

Marvel Girl: Age 24 at the time of her alleged death on her gravestone, topically "1956-1980" (X-MEN #138, 1980) in 5 ME, thus born in 19 BME and age 20 in 1 ME. She was also a "Pisces" (birthdate Feb or Mar) according to this panel I am trying to place: https://i.imgur.com/TrYw...

Dead... But Not Dead...
There are many occassions in the MU where a character has died, or thought to have died, only to be revealed to never have died. For those time when they were not truly dead, sometimes they turn up in ways in which they should have been dead, like being met in the afterlife, or returning as members ...

Re: Marvel Timeline
For my Timeline, I work on the idea that the four male members were recruited before FF #1, mainly because Beast, the final recruit, was shown at the X-Mansion in Summer, 0 ME, the same "day" (MARVEL 75TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION #1, 2014) the FF launched in the Marvel-1. And thus, working ...

Unless it's also been retconned that they were not the children offered to the Whizzer after his wife died in childbirth, then they are still tied to 1958. I was always under the impression that Wanda and Pietro were roughly the same age as the X-Men, who were 16-17 in 0-1 ME, near the age of Johnn...

Re: College career of Banner
This is such a minor point, but can help for placements of young Tony Stark. In IRON MAN: HYPERVELOCITY #1-FB, he rides a motorcycle with Naomi Clark at the "age of seventeen," and notes he is just starting to grow his moustache. He also dated Meredith McCall when they were "both seve...
