Re: THE MCP NEEDS YOUR HELP!

Daron, would this be considered a split, seen in Baron Mordo's chronology?

Re: Wolverine's recent chronology

No such thing as #24.1. It's just #24. (The cover calls it "#24.NOW", which is probably what you're thinking of -- but it's #24 in the indicia, IIRC.) Yeah, don't know where I got the "point-anything" there. Thanks. :) Incidentally, just pulled up A5 24 and confirmed that was th...

Re: Wolverine's recent chronology

The Superior Spider-Man gave Wolverine the armor. It wasn't specifically so Wolverine could go work for the Offer, it was just a way for Wolverine to deal with not having his healing factor anymore. So no, there's no reason why a gap can't happen after he gets the armor and before he goes undercove...

Re: CALL FOR ANALYSIS: Missing Books

I'm definitely interested in taking a stab at the yet-to-be-indexed Spidey and X-Men Unlimited books (at least the ones that are on Marvel Unlimited), but I need to clear a few deadlines off my calendar first...

Re: Excalibur Annual #1

Well, option #2 and #3 both suggest the same placement but rely on inserting unseen fanfic elements. And option #1 allows us not to have to rely on unwritten lore but breaks the story structure. And XCAL 75 renders #2 implausible without further off-panel speculation. Just one man's opinion here, bu...

Re: Excalibur Annual #1

I had a similar stretch of the imagination inasmuch that I figured Excalibur found some reason to go back to Otherspace after the Annual and that's where Brian went missing.

Re: Fantastic Four: First Family #1-6

Thanks, Chris! The inconsistencies were discussed back in archive 74: Chris Claremont established during his tenure on FF3 that Sue did have the ability to create force fields from right after the Pocket Rocket crash, just that she didn't really learn to control them until later. Reed presents Sue ...

Re: Fantastic Four: First Family #1-6

Hold on a second- Reed gave Sue an engagement ring? Reed didn't propose to Sue until FF 35. One of the many inconsistencies this mini had with established canon, unfortunately. In addition to that, we have Sue using her force field powers way earlier that it was established she could in FF 21, Lind...

Re: T@ 6

According to the Thor Index entry for T 260, the Collector had abducted Thor via time travel, the details of which were recounted in A 175, and then returned him to the exact point in time with his memory of his abduction and his resulting adventures erased. This enabled Thor to appear in A 165-168,...

Jeph, don't know for sure if this will help, but I posted a topic on Hulk appearances near this period: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=7649&p=41232&hilit=hulk+bp3#p41232
