Garrett, Jeffrey (XX 20-23)

As I'm going through the Academy X issues, I notice that Jeffrey Garrett (the ghost from NX 7-9) doesn't have a listing, but I know he appears in X-Treme X-Men #20-23 (which are in the MCP, he's just been missed out). I can't find the XX issues just now though, and I don't know if he appears in ever...

New Mutants v2 corrections

Basic stuff for now. Later, I'm hoping to break down the NM2 11-FBs, but my unfamiliarity with the precise details of Wolfsbane's history is holding me back with respect to that half of the issue. And then, I'll probably analyse the "Academy X" issues of NX. Characters to add: ** MANTEGA, ...

Re: Skrull Invasion chronology

Corrected version of the IIM 8 synopsis - note that it's not files that were destroyed per se , it's the systems that held and ran them. Also, the Extremis stuff is plot-critical enough that it should be mentioned. INVINCIBLE IRON MAN #8 One day. This story must occur after MA 20 (15-22) and perhaps...

Re: Atlantis attacks chronology

Is someone able to check the archives and pull up the original posts where XSOS was discussed? All the details are in there. Archive 65, thread 'Placement of "Spotlight on the Starjammers"' (Go here and download the ZIPped text file with "Message threads ending in November, 2005.&quo...

Re: Skrull Invasion chronology

DP4 3 should occur BEFORE SI 8 (1-6)-FB. The upcoming crossover between DP4 and TB is premised upon that order. It looks like you know something I don't. The passage of time in the Deadpool issues seems to be longer than the passage in Secret Invasion proper. Do you have suggestions for new placeme...

Re: Moon Knight: Silent Knight 1

Wait... how far back are we talking about in a larger picture for those Hulk issues? Because I was under the impression, given the way the "Bod Squad" get referenced in SH 34, that they were pretty recent, even if Secret Invasion automatically ends up between the two (Hell, SI takes a day ...

Re: Skrull Invasion chronology

Some quickly-jotted notes. [I haven't had the chance to tear the whole thing apart yet ;)] Placements/corrections: SI:THOR 1-FB is badly phrased - Bill is the prisoner/experimentee of the Skrulls for an extended period, and you write it as if he was captured for less than a day. There should be a [B...

Re: Excalibur Vol.1 14&17 appearances

Galactus is not, repeat NOT a singularity. Abraxas went through various universes, killing them (and dumping the head of one in MU New York, IIRC).

Re: Excalibur Vol.1 14&17 appearances

Galactus is kind of iffy - he directly refers to the fact that he'll have to deal with Rachel, which he does (after a fashion) when Excalibur get back to the MU-Earth in #25, but he also calls the dead planet an "Earth". The implication seems to be that it's "our" Galactus and Im...

Re: Fifty State Initiative

Dark Avengers will replace Mighty Avengers in New York, leaving Colorado open (if bases in 50 states even continue). One final point - the Thunderbolts were never technically an Initiative team, they were a CSA team with a national brief. Their presence in Colorado put that state near the bottom of...

Re: Fifty State Initiative

Arkansas – The Battalion Razorback I'm told that Tigra is also on that, uh, "team". Florida – The Command Aquarian Jennifer Kale Seige and Conquistador were also on that team, but were killed by Marvel Zombies (strictly, a zombified Seige was killed by his on-board computer after being in...

Re: SECRET INVASION!

Trying to figure out who was replaced and, more importantly, when. [Bear in mind there are quite a few titles I don't read - in particular, Avengers: The Initiative , and I may have missed some, although I'm trying to focus on characters who have "real" appearances before SI.] Elektra Repl...

THOR: GOD-SIZE SPECIAL #1 "The Death and Life of Skurge the Executioner" Writer: Matt Fraction Pencils: Dan Brereton, Doug Braithwaite, Mike Allred and Miguel Ángel Sepulveda Okay, this I have concerns about the canoncity of, because it seems to clash with JMS' take on what happened to th...

Hulk Family: Green Genes #1/1, #1/2 and #1/4

There are five stories in the one-shot. 1/3 is a story about the "Daughter of Hulk", conceived as a result of (footnoted) Hulk: Raging Thunder . I don't have a clue about Thundra's world, I didn't read that story, and it seems to be alternate-of-an-alternate-future stuff anyway, so I'm not...

Re: AGE OF SENTRY #3 (w/ Millie the Model)

As I said in the thread on The Age of the Sentry #2, I think this miniseries is unplaceable until AGESENTRY 6 comes out. There are too many reasons, between the framing sequence and the ending to AGESENTRY 2/2, to think that these stories aren't occurring in the "real" MU past, but are eit...
