Just for clarification- is this the same Entropy from PAD's Captain Marvel issues?

It can't be, because the Entropy of the old universe became the Eternity of the new one at the end of PAD's arc, with the arc itself being prevented.

Of course, the new universe would have a new Entropy....

I had forgotten about that Entropy character. Now that I've taken a look, this Entropy does appear to be identical in appearance to the one from PAD's Captain Marvel series. Plus, the Marvel Comics Database wiki thinks they are the same.

While it's true that I would never just take their word for anything, their wiki does contain a lot of information that is not otherwise readily available. Sure, you have to check every fact you get from them but it can at least give you an idea of where to look for what you're seeking.

Of course, some of their articles are ludicrously inaccurate but, if not taken too seriously, they can at least provide amusing reading.
