I'm not sure who the bespectacled bald man is at the end, maybe the doctor from BWS' Weapon X?
The presence of Duncan and Trask show we are probably just a few years before the Marvel Age.

Anthony is given the code-name "Bomb" here, and Holly Bright has apparently taken the code name "Holo" between issues.

And the guy that Virus is riding on the last page is almost certainly Yeti's as-yet-unnamed older brother.
