Human Torch does appear on the panel with all Avengers and Fantastic Four. Who is BTS is Warden John Walker.

Good call on Human Torch, Frans. What's the nature of Walker's BTS appearance?

Previous issue #181 he's in an Avengers quinjet with Hank Pym, F.A.C.T., Juggernaut, Songbird, Mach-V. At the end of #181 they are in Sharzhad. In #182 he's not seen, but the quinjet is still hoovering above the palace in Sharzhad, with Hank Pym behind the wheel (same as in #181). In #183 he's in Sharzhad with Thunderbolts.
