So are Yelena's previous appearances in this story arc supposed to be appearances by a Super Adaptoid instead?

Her and Mockingbird fought, with Mockingbird apparently getting the upper hand, but as she emerges, she gets shot. The Avengers grab her and on the sub she is revealed as Yelena.

To be a little more specific, I don't believe she has been impersonating her (Mockingbird) the whole time, but we'll probably have to wait out the final issue to find out.

If your asking if the original Super Adaptoid appeared also, I don't believe so. Yelena Belova is now a "Super Adaptoid" and referred to as the Super Adaptoid. (I think)

Just for the record -- no Super Adaptoid here. The disguise was courtesy of an image inducer.

Yelena Belova is a Super Adaptoid and referred to as such? yes or no.

Yelena and Mockingbird fight, Mockingbird uses the image inducer to make Yelena appear as herself, and when she rises she is shot by the AIM sniper.

The Avengers grab who they think is Mockingbird, but on the sub it is revealed they grabbed Yelena.

So this comes down to whether Yelena is a Super Adaptoid and referred to as such.

I don't recall any specific reference to Yelena being a Super-Adaptoid. If someone can find it, please let us know.

Why would that Yelena have been a Skrull?
