I wasn't able to find any of their 62 issues comics in the chrono... possible?

Most of GOTG takes place on Earth-691, but circa some 1992 issues, they did visit Earth-616 to face Dormammu (of the Dark Dimension usually associated with Earth-616's universe) and the Masters of Evil.
