I don't see the Wolfpack Graphic Novel or the series in the "non-continuity" section of the key, nor do I find it in the chronologies. Is it canon?

Namorita referenced them offhand in NW 1 (IIRC), and their entry in the OHOTMU Update '89 didn't give any indication that they weren't in the Marvel Universe proper, so the Wolfpack comics probably are canonical.
