Flashback in All-New Captain America #4

I'd like to propose a placement for the flashback in this week's All-New Captain America #4. In this FB, Captain America (Rogers) and the Falcon are in the rubble of some unidentified urban catastrophe. While the Avengers are dealing with the situation behind the scenes, Cap tries to convince the concussed, bandaged, and broken-boned Sam to rest. Sam is wearing his first red and white costume without the wings. That places this FB sometime between CA 148 and 169. My inclination is to place this during a long gap in time during which Steve and Sam aren't doing much else, and allowing Sam time to heal.

We can't necessarily assume identities for the BTS Avengers.

According to the Olshevsky timeline, CM 29 occurs in May while A 119 (5:3-20) occurs on Halloween -- a good-sized gap.
