Mighty Avengers/New Avengers/Dr Voodoo Tangle

I've reached the point where it's time for Mighty Avengers 28-31 in everyone's chronologies, but I've run into a tangle.

Presumably, DRV 4 occurs after DRV 1.

According to the Avengers Index, DRV 1 is after NA 60 for Doctor Voodoo.

According to the Avengers Index, NA 60 is after MA 31 for Ronin.

According to the Avengers and Captain America Indices, MA 31 is after DRV 4 for Wiccan.

So....

MA 31 -> NA 60 -> DRV 1 -> DRV 4 -> MA 31.

Is there a break in MA 31 to accommodate this? It would need to be a SIGNIFICANT break, because NA 60 is after XFOR3 25 for Doctor Doom which, according to the Wolverine Index is after (deep breath)

Something may be amiss here -- perhaps Wiccan's chronology. One thing I do know is that MA 35 begins a mere "few days" after MA 25. If that's to be believed, MA 31 (which ties into Realm of Kings: Inhumans) wouldn't have a significant gap. Also, "weeks" separate DV 1 and 2.
