I think you've missed Hellcat out of A:I 1.

The 2007 thread 'Unidentified characters in AVENGERS: THE INITIATIVE #1' suggests she's 1 of the crowd watching MVP run, and Paul Bourcier accepts it. But he doesn't include her in the Calendar, and A:I 1 isn't in her listing.

For what it's worth I immediately thought the person was Hellcat (but then I initially thought the 1-panel cameo of She-Hulk was M from Generation X and X-Factor), and comicbookdb.com lists her as being in the issue. And she is in A:I 3 as an instructor.

If this was an accidental omission, the amended listing would be
