Marvel Chronology Project

The page count for KSH 1 in She-Hulk's chronology let us think the main story has 17 pages, but actually there are two stories of 8 pages :
KSH 1 : Where Monsters Dwell by Jeph Loeb & Art Adams ft Bruce Banner, Gen. Ross LMD and a FB ft Red Hulk and Wendigo.
KSH 1/2 : Wait Until Dark by Jeph Loeb & Frank Cho ft She-Hulk, Maria Hill and Red Hulk, in between pages H4 2. KSH 1/2 (1) retells H4 2 (1-3).

Not sure why you've split this up into two separate appearances. If H4 2 (1 - 3) is the same as KSH 1/2 (1), and H4 2 (4:1 - 4:3) is the same as KSH 1/2 (2 - 7), why not just say:
H4 2 (1 - 4:3) ~ KSH 1/2 (1 - 7)

3. KSH 1 was published several months after H4 2, so if they're truly retellings, they wouldn't be concurrent appearances. We would simply ignore KSH 1/2 (1 - 7).

H4 2 (1 - 3) is the same as KSH 1/2 (1). She-Hulk talks with Iron Man and Maria Hill, then is grabbed by Red Hulk.
H4 2 (4:1 - 4:3) is not the same as KSH 1/2 (2 - 7), but they happen at the same time. In H4 2 (4:1 - 4:3) Iron Man and Maria Hill hear the noises of the fight between Red Hulk and She-Hulk, while KSH 1/2 (2-7) shows the fight. So She-Hulk is BTS (or OP ?) in H4 2 (4:1 - 4:3)

I haven't gone to the books themselves yet, so just going by what you've told us here...

Again, the books weren't published at the same time, and there's no time travel involved, so they can't be concurrent appearances. Since in one story, the character is behind the scenes, and appears on-screen in the other, KSH 1/2 would "trump" H4 2, even though it was published later, so:

H4 1

KSH 1/2 (2 - 7)
H4 2 (4:4 - 6)
