So, are we prepared to kick this out?

Tony Stark's appearances late in the run are referenced in Avengers Index, but that's the only problem I see. But that's a lot of books to take out, unless we're sure.

The Handbooks treat it all as canon.

In the Red She-Hulk (Betty Ross) handbook profile, one of her aliases is "Mr. Blue," and in group affiliations she has Home Base listed. In her history, it says this:
the Handbooks wrote:seemingly died after the Abomination (Emil Blonsky) injected her with his gamma-irradiated blood. Betty was reportedly placed in stasis and revived by a group known only as the Team (although the Leader and MODOK later claimed responsibility for this) and was trained as a spy to infiltrate the mysterious Home Base. Afterward, she washed up on an island controlled by the entity Nightmare, where Hulk had learned she may have been the comatose vessel chosen to bear Nightmare’s daughter, Daydream.

Somehow off the island, Betty was transformed by the Leader and the Intelligencia cabal into the powerful and uninhibited Red She-Hulk as part of their plot to capture the worlds smartest men and create a Hulk army.
So no, we should not remove IH3 34-76 from the listings. It may not be the most comfortable fit, but we've dealt with worse.
