Trevor Fitzroy in UX@ 17/2 and UX 299

Currently, we have Trevor Fitzroy's appearance in UX@ 17/2 before his appearance in UX 299. I believe it should be the other way around. In UX 299, the Gamesmaster says that the mutant Fitzroy has been molding for membership shall be the final member of the Upstarts. Fitzroy is surprised that the Gamesmaster (who the readers know is telepathic) knows about her, since he told no one. But in UX@ 17/2, Fitzroy offers Siena Blaze a chance to join the Upstarts in front of Bantam. Why would Fitzroy be surprised if Bantam knew? Wouldn't he assume Bantam told Gamesmaster? Especially since he'd been recently mistreating Bantam? And in UX@ 17/2, Fitzroy says Siena has attracted the Gamesmaster's attention. UX 299 should go before UX@ 17/2.
