DHOLD 16 and M/CP 145/2

We have DHOLD 16 placed before M/CP 145/2 in Victoria Montesi's chronology but after M/CP 145/2 in Sam Buchanan's chronology. (They appear together in both stories.) M/CP 145 is listed as part 11 of Siege of Darkness and Darkhold 16 is listed as part 12 but in DHOLD 16 Vicki and Sam are clueless about Vicki being the spawn of Ch'thon while in MCP 145/2 they discover the truth. I think that DHOLD 16 should go before M/CP 145/2 in both chronologies- it's a lot easier to assume the stories happen in a different order than the numbering than Sam and Vicki suddenly developed amnesia.
