As we know, Punisher, Nick Fury and Foolkiller MAX series set in Earth-200111. However, some of MAX Punisher stories was confirmed to be Earth-616 by several handbooks.

"In the Beginning" story arc featuring Microchip was referenced in "Book of the Dead" and "Marvel Knights" handbooks.

Yes, but that was before it was known the volume was set in a different universe.

If you want a more recent official take on things, check out the Punisher Index. It's very clear that all of Punisher v7 (MAX) is not 616.
