Currently, we have ST3 posted in between FF 395 and 396. However, as fnord points out in his recent review of that issue, that doesn't work:

Ben's face is unscarred-it was scarred at the time in FF and Strange (who we don't have listed) looks like his normal self- he was poisoned by Salome at the end of Siege of Darkness in 1993, shaved his mustache and looked older, and then when he was cured, he looked younger- he doesn't go back to his normal look until Doctor Strange 80, dated August 1995.
