Event ordering question

Out of curiosity, I was wondering if anyone had an idea of the ordering of the following two events:

The Richards/Storm wedding (FF@ 3 ~ M/H&L '96)
Spider-Man and Dr. Strange's encounter with Xandu (ASM@ 2)

Reason I ask is that I've seen multiple orderings in certain characters' chronologies...

SPIDER-MAN
[...]
FF@ 3
M/H&L '96
FF@ 3
MARVELS 3 (9)
ALIAS 23
ASM 28 (1 - 16)
WTS 7
WTS 8
WTS 9
ASM 28 (17 - 20)
SM:PL
ASM@ 2
[...]

DOCTOR STRANGE
[...]
ASM@ 2
FF@ 3
[...]

The Spider-Man Index #1 places ASM@ 2 between ASM 28 (Peter raduates high school) and ASM 29.

Thanks, guys... :)

So does that mean that FF@ 3 should be placed after ASM 28 and ASM@ 2 on Spider-Man's chronology instead of before?

Yes. According to the Official Marvel Index to the Fantastic Four #3, Spidey appears in FF@ 3 between ASM@ 2 as ASM 29.

I couldn't find any mention of FF@ 3 in the OMITASM that would shed any light on the question. Is it only Spidey's placement that is off for the wedding? There are an awful lot of characters that appear in FF@ 3, M/H&L '96, & MARVELS 3.

Yeah, Spidey's is the only one appearing off. There are only two characters, though, that appeared in both ASM@ 2 and FF@ 3, namely Dr. Strange and Spider-Man himself. The fact that Strange's chronology shows ASM@ 2 happening before the wedding and Pete's showing the opposite was what sort of inspired the question. :)

Spidey's appearance in ALIAS 23 would also have to shift with these changes. In that issue Peter tries talking to Jessica Jones after she has already been adopted and started back to school at Midtown High. This story covers part 2 of her origin and part 1 referenced Galactus' 1st appearance (which occurs after the FF wedding). So, this would have to move past all the wedding listings (FF@ 3, M/H&L '96) as well as the Galactus stuff in MARVELS 3 at the very least.

This would place it (at the very earliest)-
ASM 36
MARVELS 3 (32 - 33)
ALIAS 23
ASM 37
