and where in marvel/venoms timeline does the scene hes in fit?

I don't recall seeing him, though he might have had a cameo appearance that is escaping my recall at the moment.

only if you get time mind, but if it is a venom app that isnt a robot,hologram flashback or whatever I need to go and start looking to buy it.

Actually, it's in a dream sequence; Rory falls asleep in class and dreams that he and his sister save Spider-Man from a horde of villains. Venom's part of the dream-team, he doesn't make a "real" appearence in the comic. (v2 #1)
