Moon Knight/Iron Man chrono question

I found something that struck me as odd with some Moon Knight chronologies.

As we currently have it:

According to both Iron Man & Moon Knight, IM 161 occurs before Contest of Champions, and that's fine.

However, IM 161 also occurs before MK 21 for Moon Knight. But for Crawley, IM 161 occurs after MK 22.

Did Crawley fall into a time machine or something? Or is there a subplot where Crawley is doing stuff unconnected to the main plot from MK 15-MK 22? Or is it just a placement error, and IM 161 is supposed to occur between MK 15 & MK 22 for Crawley as well?

Does anyone have Moon Knight (original series) to check? I'm curious.

Kinda doesn't fit, but I'm trying to get together a reading order and I find A LOT of that around the COC's. If you look at a lot of the characters in and around that area you will find many. Maybe we need to reevaluate those. I have the COC's and all the basic's around that time (Avengers, Ironman, Captain America, Xmen, Powerman and IF) but I don't really no how to Chrono that well. I just put in input when needed. So if someone wants to, I can help if they have any ?'s about the ones I do have.
