M/CP 99/4 update

I was just updating my Spidey chronology w/ the current listing here and noticed that his appearance in M/CP 99/4 has been added. Just curious as to why it was placed after WOSM 31 instead of before? Was this just a minor entry error or a disagreement about its suggested placement?
