FF 347-349 & MCP 64-71

According to Wolverine's chronology, Fantastic Four 347-349 occurs before Marvel Comics Presents 64-71 (both stories involve the Dan Ketch Ghost Rider). After reading these two arcs, I think MCP should go before the FF story because in the MCP story, Wolvie and Ghost Rider act like they have never seen each other before. Is there a particular reason why the FF story would occur before this one? There is only one comic separating these two arcs so it shouldn't be a problem to switch them. Any thoughts?
