Spider-Man chronology questions

I was comparing Spidey's chronology listing with those of some of the other prominent characters and came across a few things that made me go "hmm"...

1. Captain America's chronology has ASM 335 listed before A 314-318, but Spider-Man's has those Avengers issues listed well before ASM 335.
