When was San Francisco Mayor Sadie Sinclair's last name revealed? I've been told that it was given in UXM #505, but I'm not seeing it there -- not does it seem to be anywhere in #499-507.

I think the first mention of Her Honor's surname was UX 509.

Yes, her name is indeed noted in UX 509. I was going to suggest DARK AVENGERS/UNCANNY X-MEN: UTOPIA #1, but UX 509 came out before then.
