War Machine Vol. 2 #1 placement questions

I'd appreciate if anyone could help me out with this:
The MCP has Bethany Cabe's last appearance as IM3 1-BTS. Surely she's appeared since then? What is Bethany Cabe's last appearance prior to War Machine Vol. 2 #1?
Also, Parnell Jacobs appears in Punisher War Journal #17 from '08...and apparently dies. Is the simple answer that he survived being shot, or did he appear anywhere else between there and War Machine Vol. 2 #1?
Any help would be appreciated.

I think that last appearance for Cabe may be correct - I don't recall her appearing at any point during IM3 & IM4, and there hasn't been an X-Men Unlimited-type book for old IM supporting characters to appear in.
She was just one of those characters who fell right out of favour for a long time.

Huh, I tried doing a little bit more research online, and concluded the same as you, Somebody. How strange that nobody thought to use her till now...
Also what's Mrs.(MS?) Hand's before and after for War Machine vol. 2 #2?

Out of those issues, Hand was in IM5 8-10, 12, and 13, and WARM2 2, 3, 8, and 10. Her first-ever appearance, actually, was IM5 8.
As far as Jacobs goes, I'm not seeing any appearances between his shooting by Stuart Clarke and WARM2 1, so it indeed looks like a "he got better" scenario.

She's gay and apparently destroyed her last major relationship "three years ago" when she sent Nick Fury a letter that got her transferred to Oregon [DA 11 (1-4)-FB].
I've seen her addressed as both Ms. and Miss., but definitely not Mrs..
