Missing Deathlok appearance(s)

I picked up vol. 2 of the Essential Marvel Two-in-One cheap during FCBD. So of course, as I'm reading it, it's inspiring me to check the MCP for some characters. Doing so, I found a missing appearance by Deathlok (the original) in M/TIO 32 (second to last page). Also, I'm wondering if he should be BTS for M/TIO 29-31 and 33, as he's the reason the Thing is in England during this arc.
