Mad-Dog's chronology

In researching some Avengers stuff, I found these books situated between Mad Dog's appearances in A 142 and A 143-BTS:

NF3 13
NF3 14

Considering these all were published later than the Avengers issues and I've been able to confirm at least for a few of these that Baxter didn't appear, could these issues belong to a different character?
