The Deathlok featured in DLOK2 29/2 is not DEATHLOK IV/LUTHER MANNING II (the Luther Manning of Earth-616), but the "original" DEATHLOK/COLONEL LUTHER MANNING. Specifically, it's his first appearance simply calling himself "The Demolisher". As such, these changes should be made:
