Loki in Thor #435?

Loki is listed as appearing in Thor #435...but I don't see him in that issue. And he's not listed as "bts", he's listed as appearing. So am I overlooking him somewhere, is he in disguise, or is this a mistake?
Any help would be appreciated.

He's inhabiting Odin's body, as revealed in later issues of Thor.

Hmmm...and that brings me to my next observation: why isn't Odin listed as appearing in Thor #435 (or #434)? Is he actually in disguise as Odin, or are both Odin and Loki there?

Odin's body is there, but his spirit is trapped in Mephisto's realm. Loki's spirit is inhabiting Odin's body. So both Odin's body and Loki's spirit appear in Thor 435.
