Presidential/VP Name Corrections

Guys:

In looking through the Project's excellent tracking of White House occupants throughout the years, I have found that the following corrections need to be made:

Eisenhower, Gen. Dwight ***David*** (adding middle name)

Agnew, Spiro ***Theodore*** (adding middle name)

Ford, Gerald ***Rudolph, Jr.*** (adding middle name and familial iteration)

Mondale, Walter ***Frederick*** (adding middle name)

Clinton, William Jefferson Blyth, ***III***(correcting familial iteration)

Bush, George ***Herbert Walker*** (adding middle names)

Bush, George ***Walker*** (adding middle name)

Obama, Barack Hussein,***Jr./II*** (adding family iteration; Wikipedia lists him as "II" in deference to the man's choosing to change his name in his father's honour in adulthood, but doesn't do the same in Gerald Ford's case....strange)

Also, I did not add Gerald Ford's real birth-name, Leslie Lynch King Jr. after a forward slash, since I did not know the Project's policies on birth-names, eg.,has Logan been established as Wolverine's biological name, and if so, would the listing be:
James Logan-Howlett, or what???
