This story occurs shortly after Captain America's revival.

The Avengers are Thor, Iron (with pointy mask), Giant-Man (with full black bands on torso) and Wasp. Based on the costumes of Iron Man and Giant-Man, I'd place it between Avengers #6 and #7)

Baron Strucker appears before his appearance in ST 150 (I don't know what's in the Fury fb, if it's a fb to ST 135, then CA:HH 2 happens before that)

Leoparis might be on the right track with placement. The Fury FB's in question are implied to be taking place around the same time as the FF fighting Hate Monger in FF 21. Since that has a Dec 63 cover date and A 6 and A 7 are summer of 64, then I agree Strucker would appear between the FURY FB's and ST 150.
