Placement of Hulk/X-men Team-up?

Guys:

Has an analysis been done of the Hulk/X-Men Team-up starring the Hulk, Wolverine, Colossus II, Kitty Pride and Lockheed??? It came out about the same time as the other Hulk/X-Men Team-up which starred the Red Hulk. The former's plot was Wolverine arranges for the newly accepted Colossus to encounter a dumb, Green Hulk while camping in the Yosemite(???) wilderness area of California with Kitty and Lockheed. Colossus and Kitty eke out a tie/holding-their-own situation and get a grudging commendation and apology from Wolvie, though Hulk KO's Wolvie (I think). Thanks in advance for any efforts to help me in the placement of this book.
