Okay, I must be overlooking it somewhere, or it's a mistake: Loki's chronology says he appears in a flashback in Thor #159...but I don't see Loki anywhere in Thor #159. Where's Loki at, or is this a mistake?

Re: Loki in Thor #159?
I should probably point out that I've only read the version of Issue #159 available on the Marvel Digital website. Is there extra pages in the real issue that have Loki in them? Because otherwise, I don't think Loki is in this issue after all...

Re: Loki in Thor #159?
Loki is on page 5 panel 2. In my Essential, the issue has 20 pages, how many have you on the digital version ?
Re: Loki in Thor #159?
Thanks, Michel! My issue has 20 pages, it just turns out I was overlooking Loki...having said that, does this sequence sound correct from Loki's MCP entry:michel wrote:Loki is on page 5 panel 2. In my Essential, the issue has 20 pages, how many have you on the digital version ?

First of all, Loki appears in a present day sequence in Thor #159, not a flashback. And the flashback sequence shown in Thor #159 does not take place during Journey Into Mystery #88. Right?

Re: Loki in Thor #159?
No, the frame sequence begins in T 159 is (1-3:1), then Don Blake remembers Thor visiting Asgard in (3:2-7:1), to know about Don, placed in between JIM 85 and 86, then back to frame sequence in (7:2-8:1), Odin appears in front of Don Blake, then a first flashback from Thor's youth in (8:2-12:4), then back to frame sequence in (13:1-13:3), then a second flashback from Thor's youth in (13:4-17:3), then back to frame sequence for (18:1), then Odin tells Don how he decided to send Thor to Earth as Don Blake in (18:2-20:1), then end of the frame sequence in (20:2-20:7)Kevin W. wrote:First of all, Loki appears in a present day sequence in Thor #159, not a flashback.
For Loki, it's placed in between JIM 88-FB, where Odin forbids Loki to return to Earth, placed just after JIM 85, and JIM 88.Kevin W. wrote:And the flashback sequence shown in Thor #159 does not take place during Journey Into Mystery #88. Right?
Re: Loki in Thor #159?
Sheesh. Okay, thanks for pointing that out. I did not read the comic as closely as I thought. *hangs head in shame*
