Flashback Wolverine

Came across a comic called "Flashback Wolverine"
Was trying to place it so came here and cant find it anywhere.
He is staying with a couple named Heather and James Hudson. She is listed in AF but he isnt listed.
He leaves Canada on a flight to DC with a pilot named Ben Grimm.
There he meets up with a Dr then leaves with Sabertooth. Sabertooth tries to kill him but Hydra attacks and he is saved by Nick Fury and Carol Danvers.
Nick doesn't have an eye patch and he introduces Wolvie and Carol for the first time and they mention working for the CIA.
They are being chased down and they are saved by Black Widow who states she is working for the russian government and has been watching Wolvie.
It ends with a hooded Hydra boss saying to let Wolvie go because he lost his memory of his past.

Just wondering if its canon or if its already been talked about.

So this issue is listed as W2 -1 in the MCP
